Jon Perry
Attorney at Law

Jon Perry is a founding partner of the Perry Firm which began in 1996. Jon has 18 years of litigation experience with state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings concerning a variety of issues including, heavy trucking accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, auto accidents, workers compensation, family law, divorce and adoptions.  He has been lead counsel in jury trials across Tennessee in Plaintiff and Defense cases.  He serves as a guest speaker and panel member for various attorney education seminars and alumni events.

Mr. Perry has represented clients on appeals to the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio. At the request of the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court, Jon argued cases for the SCALES Program, an acronym for the Supreme Court Advancing Legal Education for Students. Jon was re-elected to the Tennessee Bar Association House of Delegates for the 21st Judicial District, representing Williamson, Perry, Hickman and Lewis Counties.

Jon was the 2007 Chairman of the Board for the Greater Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce.  He has served on the Boards of two Chambers of Commerce with a total service time of 6 years.

Jon grew up in a Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, and graduated from Lawrence County High School in 1985. He is a 1989 graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.  Jon is married to attorney Laura D. Perry of Homeland Title in Cool Springs. The Perrys have two sons, Ryan and Tanner. Jon's interests include family, guitar, song writing, golf and travel.

Laura Perry

Laura is a founder and partner of the Perry Firm which began in 1996. She is the owner and principle of Homeland Title in Cool Springs. She has closed over 7,000 real estate transactions.
Laura has 16 years of experience as an attorney in a variety of areas including real estate purchases, construction, property management, family law, divorce and adoptions.

Laura is a native of Morristown, Tennessee, and graduated from Morristown West High School in 1987. She is married to attorney Jon Perry and has two sons, Ryan and Tanner.

Chris Davis
Attorney at Law


Chris Davis is a native of Crockett County, Tennessee and a graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law.  He has been with the firm since 2006.  Chris practices in the areas of business organization, estate planning, family law, divorce and personal injury.


Chris is one of the organizing members of the Young Professionals of Cool Springs and is active with the Greater Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce. 

Chris grew up in a Bells, Tennessee, and graduated from Crockett County High School in 1998.  When not practicing law, Chris enjoys tennis, politics and reading.
